You can view and download your sales receipt by logging into your Desi Roots account and visiting the My Account → Orders section. Select the relevant order to view your order details and invoice. If you placed your order as a guest or need another copy of your receipt, please contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we review and approve your return request, we'll provide instructions for the return process. After the returned item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed according to our Return Policy.
